When you chose to list your property with us, we will always do the following

WE FOLLOW UP ON EVERY APPLICANT that expresses interest in your property. We conduct a short telephone interview with the enquirer which allows us to give you more information about the potential tenant before you contact them. When advertising your property, you disclose some basic criteria as to the type of tenants you are looking for and we ensure that they meet this criteria, as well as finding out a little more about their individual circumstances such as how many adults and children will be moving, and when they need to move. We then send you an email notifying you that a new tenant has applied for one of your properties, you can then log in to your account and using our bespoke Property Management Software you can find all the details about this tenant.

WE NEVER DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL CONTACT INFORMATION!We will not disclose your contact telephone number or email address to applicants nor will we disclose the full rental property address. This is to protect our Landlords personal data being released to the public. Furthermore, this allows you to be in control by following up the lead in your own time and not having to be disturbed at all hours of the day by applicants.

REGULAR REVIEWS - We want you to find tenants in a timely fashion. Your property listing is regularly reviewed to ensure you are receiving the level of interest your property deserves. We will send you weekly statistical reports on your property performance and will make suggestions that we feel could improve your listing to help secure a suitable tenant as quickly as possible and minimise any vacant periods.
